We are taking the high road to Singapore and CSW Global 2015! Shaping up to become the most important international event and meet up on the crowd economy, CSW Global 2015 will touch upon a bold theme that will highlight how the crowd economy can disrupt billion dollar businesses and in the same vein better the lives of billions of people around the world. 

And the lead up to the third week in April in Singapore is promising to be as stellar. With first-of-its kind summits coming to Jakarta, Venice, the Arctic Circle and Manila – in February/ March, we are not leaving any stone unturned to ruffle up business as usual – be it finance, creativity, corporate innovation or community building!

Join us as StartupLokal hosts the CSW Summit Jakarta, an evening that will bring crowdsourcing and crowdfunding to center stage in Indonesia. Epi Ludvik Nekaj, the founder of Crowdsourcing Week, will present the basics and new trends in the Crowd Economy, complete with stats, figures + projections. He will also share ways startups can use crowdsourcing to compete with big corporates. Finally he will discuss the 5 P’s of the crowd economy + why they matter to your business. The second speaker of the evening, Dennis List, Co-Founder of Rocki, will share his experience conducting two extremely successful crowdfunding campaigns: $1 Million – Kickstarter for Omate Smartwatch; $220,000 – Kickstarter of ROCKI

Travel to the Arctic Circle with Crowdsourcing Week in the exotic remoteness of Swedish Lapland. Here a 2-day CSW Summit will take place in partnership with Lapland Vuollerim Welcomes You, in a program focused on local crowd movements and innovative businesses for the common good on the cusp of global impact. 

In the Vuollerim village there are several living examples of community-based businesses that reinvest 100% of the profit from its businesses back into the village and the local economy. During the summit we will meet with some of these community-based businesses who are stakeholders in their own futures.

What to expect: CSW Arctic Circle will showcase cooperative living and participants will deepen understandings on sustainable crowdsourcing for businesses and communities.
