Why Not? Two Words that can Change the World

Alan Barrell

WHY NOT rather than YES BUT people change the world. And we need more of them. It was George Bernard Shaw, the great Irish writer who admonished the boring young man asking arcane questions with the words – “Shut UP young man! You look at things and ask WHY? But I DREAM of things that never were and ask…WHY NOT?” Think about all the great change makers who have transformed the world from time to time with innovation and entrepreneurship – and I challenge you to find ONE who was not a “WHY NOT” person. Think of Leonardo Da Vinci, Louis Pasteur, Marie Curie, Steve Jobs and Tim Berners Lee who gave us the internet. And you can think of MANY more. And please cultivate the WHY NOT MINDSET and make your contribution to changing the world and make a difference!
