Carolyn Harvey, VP Content Relevance Service Delivery, joined Appen in May 2008 after spending more than 12 years in the banking and finance industry. She has over 5 years of workforce management and strategic resource planning experience which includes statistical analysis and reporting, process improvement and implementation as well as project execution. Carolyn received Call Center Operations Certification in 2004, including project management training with emphasis on Six Sigma methodologies. In addition to her banking and finance experience, she worked as an operations support analyst for an online travel company before joining Appen. Carolyn has worked for over 5 years as a program manager, and is currently a Director in the Search division.
