Dr. Dave Richards is a highly acclaimed consultant, speaker, author, entrepreneur and innovator. He improves how leaders and teams come together effectively to drive all forms of innovation – customer experience, business performance, and bottom line results. His 4 decades of experience spans commercial, public and non-profit sectors across many industries and technologies – though the common element is always people, and their individual psychology and collective culture, as manifested in behavior and performance.

Dr Dave directly led the creation of $ Billions of shareholder value as a globally responsible senior executive with Nortel Networks and Oracle Corporation. He is a globally recognized innovation thought-and-practice leader, and co-founder and lifetime member of the MIT Innovation Lab – engaging globally leading multinationals in sharing secret sauces and recipes for innovation.
