Frederik Tibau

Frederik is the content director at Startups.be, the one stop shop for Belgian tech entrepreneurship and the voice of the digital start-ups in Belgium. He develops an effective content strategy for the non profit and gathers insights about the Belgian tech ecosystem.

Frederik also coordinates the community management efforts of the organization and is in charge of the ‘Go Global’ missions organized by Startups.be to the Anglo-Saxon and Asian countries (US, Canada, UK, China, Singapore, Korea, India).

He started his career as a journalist working for the Belgian financial daily De Tijd. From 2007 till 2016, Frederik worked first as an editor and later as the coordinating editor for Data News, the number one ICT magazine/news site in Belgium.
