Kira Makagon

As RingCentral’s EVP of Innovation, Kira Makagon leads global product strategy, product management, design, engineering, and operations. Over her extensive tech career, she has built multiple breakthrough industry solutions and companies, garnering a reputation as a leader in both software development and business management. Before RingCentral, she co-founded several companies, including Octane (acquired by E.piphany), and RedAril (acquired by Hearst). She also participated in two successful IPOs: Scopus and RingCentral. Makagon holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
