Lisa Nelson is Engagement Manager for USAJOBS at the Office of Personnel Management. Lisa Nelson is the founder of an internal federal government startup called Open Opportunities. Open Opportunities is a platform to transform how work is done from the current stove piped agency model to one that leverages the skills and capabilities of federal employees across the government when and where they are needed. By fostering a disruptive program and building a network of federal employees, Lisa is increasing the capacity of government to innovate by leveraging the skills and capabilities of federal employees across the government when and where they are needed.
