Lisa Ralph is the second original member of GE’s GENIUSLINK™ group, which builds and facilitates unconventional business models that crowd-power business outcomes and redefine what’s possible—through collaboration. She leads GENIUSLINK™ brand, customer experience and communications, as well as supports global strategy and product development—with the mission of helping teams and customer understand the disruptive impact of crowd-powered business operations.
Prior to this role, Lisa was a program leader for GENIUSLINK™, activating key customer teams and the crowd to shepherd clients from vexing problem to actionable, valuable solutions in the most effective, efficient and repeatable ways. Before joining the team, Lisa was a member of GE’s post-MBA Experienced Commercial Leadership Program, where she held various positions in business innovations and global market intelligence. Lisa earned her MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Los Angeles’ UCLA Anderson School of Management, transitioning from a previous career in supply chain at Siemens Healthcare. In her free time, she prides herself on acquiring passport stamps, captaining recreational sports teams and picnicking at the symphony.
