Ranjita Ghosh heads global marketing and positioning strategy for the Innovation and Transformation ecosystems at Wipro Limited. As a marketing advisor to the company’s CXOs, she plays a key role in Wipro’s new-age business that includes the company’s digital transformation agenda and new paradigms of service delivery. Ranjita enables go-to-market for the Wipro HOLMES™ AI and Automation ecosystem, the strategic investment arm Wipro Ventures, Wipro’s crowdsourcing business Topcoder, 5G and CTO initiatives, and the company’s Open Innovation charter that front-ends engagements with start-ups, VCs and academia. In addition, she also leads the global market development initiatives for Wipro’s Telecommunications business unit.
Ranjita actively engages with the different tech, business and partner ecosystems of the world and meets with influencers, innovators, entrepreneurs and industry leaders. She leverages these conversations and forums to amplify the Wipro brand through a unique story telling approach, demonstrate thought leadership on innovative ways in which marketing can influence business acceleration, and exchange ideas on techniques to build a differentiated ‘marketing-first’ organization.
Her passions lie in challenging norms and discovering new – and fun – ways of working to enhance marketing’s agility, productivity and visibility. As a new-age marketing strategist and competitive intelligence expert, she has led several high-impact marketing and customer advocacy programs. Ranjita is a keynote speaker at various international forums, and a guest lecturer at business schools on brand, leadership and marketing. She is a certified Competitive Intelligence professional from the Institute of Competitive Intelligence (ICI), Germany, holds a MBA in marketing and operations, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in printing and packaging technology. She is an official member of Women Executive 50 (part of the World 50 community) – a platform for senior, female executives of globally respected organizations to collaborate and generate unique perspectives on topics related to business transformation and leadership development.
