Introduction

Varun Sheth is the Founder & CEO at Ketto. Varun was born and brought up in Mumbai. He is a commerce graduate in economics, a certified financial risk manager and Dasra Social Impact program Alumni. He has over 3 years experience in the financial service industry. He did his schooling in Jamnabai Narsee School and college in Narsee Monjee. Varun has always been interested in the financial sector and went on to do a couple of financial programs that included chartered financial analyst (CFA) and financial risk management (FRM).

The monotony of the job got to him and he felt that he had to break free or he would be stuck in it forever. Sheth’s inspiration to start a social enterprise was Vinod Khosla, and his venture, the Khosla Impact fund.
