Mike Bristow is the CEO and Co-Founder of CrowdProperty (www.crowdproperty.com), the UK’s leading specialist property project lending platform, with 18 years experience as a strategy consultant advising leading international companies and private equity funds on M&A and corporate strategy.

CrowdProperty is a profitable fintech/proptech online-lending innovator changing the game of property project finance in the UK, delivering a better deal for all – borrowers (SME property professionals undertaking property projects), lenders (institutions, funds, family offices, HNWs and private investors), the under-supplied UK housing environment and spend in the UK economy. CrowdProperty has funded over £350m of property projects and was featured in the Deloitte Fast 50 list as one of UK’s 50 fastest growing tech businesses (#41) and in the Financial Times FT1000 as one of the fastest growing businesses in Europe (#132).

Mike also sits on the Pi Labs Investment Committee (Europe’s first and most prolific venture capital fund investing exclusively in the proptech vertical) as a voting member for Fund III, is an LP investor in Funds I, II & III and a mentor to portfolio businesses. Mike is also a founding board member of the Innovate Finance 36H Group alongside other leading UK lending platforms.

Mike holds an MBA from London Business School, the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma, a First Class Masters in Mechanical Engineering and is a Chartered Accountant. He is also a member of the London Business School Enterprise 100 private angel investment network and the UK Business Angels Association.
