Through his experience with Qmarkets, Noam is one of the leading world experts and thought leaders on creating scalable innovation management processes at large organizations.

In the past 15 years, Noam has been one of the pioneers of the idea & innovation management software market, and has been personally involved in the design, planning and successful implementation of dozens of enterprise innovation programs in global corporates. Noam is especially focused on collective intelligence in big companies, and on how to create meaningful and long-lasting engagements with large audiences of stakeholders, both internally and externally.  

Noam has 25 years of experience in all aspects of the enterprise software world, including product strategy, product management, R&D management and more. Before founding Qmarkets, Noam was the Director of System Architecture in Starhome, where he was responsible for all design, architecture & technical aspects of an R&D unit with ~100 engineers, and was deeply involved in product management, presale and marketing of the new products & services. As part of this role, Noam was responsible for implementing & monitoring one of the first private enterprise SaaS clouds in the world (back in 1999!) that hosted a service for >100 mobile operators as its customers.
