Tom Sorgeloos

Tom Sorgeloos studied economics with a specialization in accounting and IT. He began his career as Sales Manager in accounting and ERP software. The booming market of CRM was his next challenge. He introduced Sales Force Automation to several top corporate companies in Belgium. The launch of the first mobile CRM solutions attracted the attention Orange. The close collaboration resulted in a transfer in 2003 when he became responsible for the largest institutions, such as the Flemish Government, Federal Police and the Port of Antwerp. Since January 2012, he is Business Development Manager for the International Machine-To-Machine Competence Center of the Orange group, based in Brussels. He is continuously looking for new opportunities in Smart Cities,  Internet of Things and Big Data with a special interest in use-cases for drones.
