Web-Based VR Experiments Powered by the Crowd

Xiao Ma is a Ph.D. candidate at Cornell Tech in Information Science. Her research focuses on self-disclosure, peer-economy, crowdsourcing, and trust.  She talks about the combination of crowdsourcing and virtual reality, specifically the three crowdsourced virtual reality experiments. In this talk, she shares why these experiments are important, its meaning and importance going forward.
