Introduction

Long Pham is a researcher of the International Energy Research Centre since January 2014, after spending more than five years with IBM in Vietnam. Her focus is on resident engagement for smart city programs, local policy development and regulation for technology adoption. The focus would help to promote energy efficiency and sustainable development through regional, national and city policies and regulations.
