Crowdsourcing Week (CSW) is looking for BOLD Interns. 

CSW is the leading global platform and content activation partner for the Crowd Economy. It connects innovators, entrepreneurs, start-ups and companies with the latest ideas and best practices in crowdsourcing, crowd innovation and crowdfunding globally. We help organizations to transition and thrive in the new economy. 

By working closely with the CEO, Head of Marketing, and Head of Social and PR, you will work closely on our current projects, and our brand’s global marketing, communications and sales efforts. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast paced and high-energy organization operating on a global scale. 

Graphic Design – Internship Responsibilities: 

  • Ideate and create graphic content for digital efforts and campaigns on social media channels for Crowdsourcing Week, and its affiliate brands (BOLD Awards, GoGo Places and Hyperloop Innovation) with Head of Social and PR. 
  • Work with Head of Marketing, and Head of Social and PR to create graphic content for our global clients. 
  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing, and Head of Social and PR in branding our global events and executing accordingly. 
  • Assist with collecting and analyzing data and create analytics reports. 
  • Work with Head of Social and PR to activate and schedule social media posts. 
  • Monitor the latest crowdsourcing, crowdfunding and open innovation news globally. 

Social Media Intern – Internship Responsibilities: 

  • Ideate and create strategies for digital efforts and campaigns on social media channels for Crowdsourcing Week, and its affiliate brands (BOLD Awards, GoGo Places and Hyperloop Innovation) with Head of Social and PR. 
  • Work with Head of Marketing, and Head of Social and PR on strategic planning and servicing for our global clients. 
  • Assist Head of Social and PR with media partnerships and collaborations. 
  • Assist with collecting and analyzing data and create analytics reports. 
  • Work with Head of Social and PR to activate and schedule social media posts. 
  • Monitor the latest crowdsourcing, crowdfunding and open innovation news globally. 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

  • Graphic Design/Information Design student or fresh graduate. (Graphic Design Intern) 
  • Marketing Communications/Management/Journalism student or fresh graduate. (Social Media Intern) 
  • Eager to learn and willing to take big actions. 
  • Can adapt and thrive in a fast-paced global team and environment. 

Terms: 

  • This is a 3-month Internship. 20 hours per week is required. 
  • The intern will be working from home. 
  • The intern will meet with and report to the CEO, Head of Marketing, and Head of Social and PR.
