How can we engage with large groups of people – often with complex and competing needs – to effect positive change? In this session Rob will talk about the barriers to innovation and, by illustrating real life stories from government, health, business and the charitable sectors, will show how these barriers can be overcome by the crowdsourcing of innovation.
