The Internet is growing- rapidly. According to a recent article on Quartz, global internet users have grown by 3% in 2013 from 2012 and broadband speeds have increased a whopping 17%. Both these factors have led to more people using the internet to search, upload and share information. 

I thought it would be interesting to share internet usage in one minute – yes in just 60 secs and its growth over one year. Staggering!

This data shows that more people are spending a lot more time online every year.

How can a business, government or social enterprise use these online interactions and hyper connectivity to build productivity in our societies?
