CSW crowdfunding

A few days ago, I shared our growth journey via an email to our community. The response from the community and my personal network was hugely enthusiastic. I am forever grateful and blessed to have a fantastic community who have been with us throughout this journey and witnessed our humble beginnings and accomplishments in the crowdsourcing space. Now, I am excited to take the next bold step, together with the Crowdsourcing Week team, CSW2, and YOU as we move towards an equity crowdfunding raise on Crowdcube in a few short weeks.

As you all know, Crowdsourcing Week was bootstrapped since 2013; our small, yet diverse team is located across strategic regions worldwide and has accomplished exploits in producing a wealth of content through three annual week-long global conferences in Singapore, the first-of-its-kind in Asia.

Representatives from more than 50 countries have joined us at our global conferences and summits in over 15 cities (& more to come) worldwide. In fact, we are in the thick of preparations for the upcoming CSW Europe 2015 in Brussels this October and also preparing for Crowdsourcing Week Global 2016.

One of the biggest compliments I have received is when people thank us for creating a movement, a community to help and empower organisations and individuals change the way they use the Internet through crowdsourcing.

Where we are right now is credited to the paradigm shift that is happening on a global scale. It is about timing. We are entering a new era. Ever since I came across crowdsourcing, I knew that this would be the next big thing for years to come; the new economy driven by the crowd — you and me — who were given the power to change our future for good and for the future generations to come.

With our crowdfunding raise on Crowdcube, we are now ready to take the next step to expand our offerings – and we want to take you along on this next journey. Through our equity raise, here is your chance to own a piece of Crowdsourcing Week and come on board to change the way people and organisations use the Internet. Specific details about the campaign will roll out in the coming weeks.

But I’m sure of one thing – the journey will be spectacular.

If you’re in, please drop your email using the button below for the latest updates and insider scoop on our raise.
